KIRK SOUDER / LEADERSHIP FOR IMPACT COACH TRAINING PROGRAM
Kirk Souder has been coaching high-impact leaders toward purpose and impact for twenty years. This “niche” of purpose and impact coaching is something Kirk has been very intentional about building, and now he enjoys a practice filled with such leaders.
He is now embarking on a program to equip other executive coaches with key tools and principles that he’s learned and generated along the way so that more coaches can play a role in the transformation of leaders, business and the world.

The program consists of mastermind cohorts using experiential curricula where key principles are shared, worked on with each other, and then applied through complimentary sessions with real executives in the world.
In a rigorous six month program, cohorts of coaches will engage in a deep, immersive program of biweekly cohort sessions working with Kirk on the key principles, one-on-one sessions with Kirk, and sessions coaching real leaders supplied by the program who are looking to maximize their impact.
Kirk will be partnering with progressive business organizations to provide their constituents with these complimentary sessions in order that both the participant coaches gain experience, and business leaders get valuable guidance in their journeys toward impact. The business leaders will receive three intensive two hour sessions, free of any charge, from an experienced coach in the program working with Kirk.
